Positions We Are Hiring For:

Inventory Clerk:

Shift Details:   Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Pay starting   at $23.67 with potential for up to $26.90 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Warehouse Associate (Days):

Shift Details:   Monday-Friday 6AM-3:30PM(Finish)

Pay starting   at $21.50 with potential for up to $24.73 based on a variety of earning opportunities including performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Warehouse Associate (Nights):

Shift Details:   Sunday, 3:30PM-Finish, Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-Finish

Pay starting   at $21.50 with potential for up to $26.73 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities (Warehouse Associate):

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.

• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.

• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.

• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.

• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

• Performs related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities (Inventory Clerk):

• Accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations.

• Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.

• Researches discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels, as needed.

• Requests return authorizations, pulls product, packages and ships returns and recalls.

• Provides internal and external customer support.

• Assists with physical inventory.

• Provides support for DSCSA requirements as needed.

• Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary.

• Supports the Inventory Department with a variety of tasks such as placing purchase orders, writes narcotic blanks, monitors service levels and breaks down deals.

• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.

• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Warehouse, Distribution, Or Inventory experience preferred (1 year or less)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.

• Ability to read and understand the English language

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.

• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.

• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)

• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Nice to have:

• Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size

• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

$29,600 - 54,340

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
