On occasion, you’ll travel across Wisconsin or deploy to hurricane-affected states to support large-scale recovery efforts.

• Respond quickly to water and fire damage emergencies , including during off-hours.

• Operate specialized mitigation tools and restoration equipment with care and precision.
• Maintain strict safety practices and deliver high-quality workmanship on every job site.
• Provide occasional travel support across Wisconsin and to hurricane-impacted regions.

• Carpentry experience is helpful but not required —we’ll teach you what you need to know.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends when emergencies occur.
• A dependable work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel periodically for disaster recovery missions.

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour (based on experience).
