Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay: $19.00-$23.00/hour based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift

Hire Sync is hiring Production Operators for Hardwood Rubber Products in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No extensive experience is required - the company is willing to train the right person - but candidates with rubber extrusion, manual lathe grinding, or other hands-on manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

This is not your typical repetitive production job. Employees work on a variety of customized projects, making each day different. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Operate production equipment to manufacture custom rubber products
Perform hands-on manufacturing processes while following quality standards
Complete a variety of customized production tasks - no two projects are exactly the same
Use hand tools and equipment to support manufacturing operations
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Learn new processes and equipment through hands-on training
Support team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
Ability to learn new processes and work with your hands
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to perform basic math skills required for manufacturing work

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Rubber extrusion
Manual lathe grinding
Machining or custom manufacturing
Other hands-on production equipment
