Key Responsibilities: Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs Source and manage suppliers, negotiating agreements to secure advantageous terms Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements Utilize procurement systems for efficient purchasing processes Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate procurement records Identifying system or process improvements that increase efficiency, compliance or reduce cost to the business Monitors and reviews all contracts and agreement documents and notifies the contract regarding the required adjustments on an ongoing basis. Qualifications: Degree desired; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree; high school diploma or equivalent required 2 to 5 years of procurement supply chain experience Demonstrated technical knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, specifically proficiency with Microsoft Office products Experience with Contract processes and procedures Business Analyst experience Excellent analytical and reasoning skills Benefits & Reward At Mott MacDonald, our employees have a stake and a voice in our business, providing them with a direct connection to our success through our personal and group performance bonuses. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills. The expected salary for this position is $ 80,000 - $107,000.
