Mobile Phlebotomist - San Francisco

Part-Time | $28-32/hr

SONATA is building the future of preventative primary care. We bring lab work directly to patients' homes so they can stay ahead of their health, not just react to it. Our phlebotomists aren't just technicians — they're the first human touchpoint in that experience.

We're looking for skilled, patient-centered phlebotomists in SF who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something meaningful.

What You'll Do

• Perform at-home blood draws across SF and local suburbs
• Collect, label, and process specimens per protocol
• Record patient data and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate clearly with patients before, during, and after the visit
• Manage your own schedule, supplies, and equipment
• Follow all safety, compliance, and chain-of-custody standards

What We're Looking For

• Current phlebotomy certification (CPT or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of venipuncture experience in a clinical or mobile setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Strong people skills — you're often in someone's home
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and documentation apps
