PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, HEALTH, AND ENVIRONMENT OFFICE of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the training and development of the OSHE department workforce. You will act as a central point of contact for department administrative support, including instruction updates, travel, budgets, IT, security, records management, and building management. You will supervise up to 8 subordinates potentially consisting of Safety and Occupational Health Specialists, Environmental Engineers, Industrial Hygienist, Environmental Protection Specialist, Emergency Management Specialist and other support staff. You will manage the planning, development and execution of all Department Training and Administrative Programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques in the assessment, administration or improvement of Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental training and administrative programs to ensure educational adequacy and accomplishment of objectives.
