GuacoTaco is seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our dynamic team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, driving revenue, and enhancing our marketing efforts. If you have a flair for hospitality and a commitment to excellence, we want you to be part of our thriving brunch cafe!
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the cafe and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including managing revenue and controlling costs of goods.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to create a cohesive and effective team.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events to attract new clientele and enhance community engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a full-service restaurant or cafe.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
