What You’ll Be Doing:- Welcoming customers with a smile (yes, even over the phone!)
- Handling incoming calls, & making warm and follow up calls.
- Scheduling appointments and keeping our calendar on track
- Process payments
- Supporting our agents and making sure things run smoothly
- Speaking Spanish and English daily to serve our diverse community
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Promote and market the agency in the community and online
- Take care of daily bank deposits
