Regency is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our team in Ennis, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality MIG welding in a manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and production standards. Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Previous MIG welding experience required. Ability to pass a welding test. Must provide personal welding equipment, including: Welding Helmet Strong attention to detail and quality.
