As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Response in Berea, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access or irregular activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
