RFS Project ManagerFive Star Breaktime Solutions is one of the nation's largest on-site food and beverage service providers, delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance the customer experience. Our services include micro-markets, full-line vending, office coffee (RFS), water solutions, pantry service, catering, and corporate dining.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized RFS Project Manager to support our Refreshment Services (coffee and water solutions) operations. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects including installations, promotions, new account openings, and operational initiatives.As a critical partner to leadership, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with operational and financial goals.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Manage project timelines, deliverables, and execution from start to finishPartner with VPROs and RFS Managers to ensure alignment on project goals and prioritiesCommunicate project updates, risks, and progress to leadership and key stakeholdersConduct warehouse inspections to ensure operational and quality standards are metCreate, maintain, and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy and project successMonitor project budgets and adjust plans as needed to meet financial targetsSupport trade shows, presentations, and new business initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyWhat We're Looking For· Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment· Ability to make decisions based on operational and financial data· Excellent communication and collaboration skills· Willingness to travel up to 50%Qualifications· Bachelor's degree preferred· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project needsWhat We Offer· Paid Vacation after 6 months· Car Program· Seven Paid Holidays per year· Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance· Life & AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability· 401(k) Matching Program· Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyAdditional InformationThis role goes beyond a traditional 9-to-5.
