Diagnose issues and deliver effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions. Operate a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. Build strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options. Promote the MVP Client Loyalty Program and identify opportunities for system upgrades. Ensure each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism. What You Bring Certified & Experienced: At least 3 years of electrical service experience (Residential Journeyman Certification, C-10 license OR ET Card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification exam.) Knowledgeable: Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices. Safety-Focused: Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols. Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops. Professional: Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
