Shift Manager This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Responsibilities Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Manager to help them prepare for a great shift. Achieve targets during the shift and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions.
