Facilities Manager

Description:
Provides support to facilities management on a variety of tasks. Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. Prepares bid sheets for construction and facilities projects. Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.

Requirements:
1) Bachelors Architectural or Engineering Degree.
2) Experience with Fitting Out Office Buildings.
3) Experience with Construction of Industrial Buildings.
4) Writing Scopes of Work, dealing with A&E Firms and Project Management.
5) Coachable.
6) Interested in the Work.

Looking for Levels 3,4 & 5
Position is on site full time, 5 days per week (Monday through Friday)

***Will provide safety eyewear. Safety shoes are required for this position.***
