Feizy Import & Export, Co. is a leading importer and manufacturer of high-quality area rugs, known for our commitment to innovative design, superior craftsmanship, and unparalleled customer service. As we continue to expand our presence across major retail and design channels, we are seeking a Client Service Specialist.  

The  Client Service Specialist serves as a key representative of our brand, supporting interior design clients, sales reps, omni-channel retailers, and eCommerce accounts. This role requires strong product knowledge, a proactive service mindset, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions with a high level of care.
  • Communicate product information and demonstrate salesmanship in all interactions.
  • Process and modify orders using an ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely payment application.
  • Maintain detailed documentation using internal tools (e.g., Smartsheets).
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
  • Route calls appropriately and support additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or call center roles.
  • Proven success handling manual sales orders and strong attendance history.
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English is preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with order management systems (SPARS a plus) and cloud-based platforms (e.g., OneDrive).
  • Smartsheets experience preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Strong listening, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and a service-driven attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years in customer service or retail; 6+ months of sales experience.
  • Experience in a wholesale environment is a plus.

Work Schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. This position is performed in the office in a team-oriented environment, not a remote work position.
