Supervise and support front desk administrative staff while overseeing daily operations to maintain a welcoming and professional clinic atmosphere. Patient Flow Management:

Greet and check in/out patients, direct or assist them to treatment rooms, and manage overall patient flow throughout the day. Scheduling Coordination:

Manage the phone systems and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups to ensure efficient scheduling and minimal wait times. Insurance Verification & Authorizations:

Coordinate and handle medical insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and claims processing. Billing & Payment Collection:

Oversee billing coordination, address patient billing inquiries, communicate with insurance providers, and accurately collect patient co-pays. Records Maintenance & EHR Support:

Maintain accurate patient files and input electronic data updates within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Administrative Support:

Perform daily office tasks including filing, scanning documents, faxing confirmations, and preparing charts and paperwork for upcoming appointments. Customer Service & Advocacy:

Provide exceptional customer service, address patient concerns with professionalism, and maintain a patient-centered environment. Ideal Qualifications Previous experience as a Front Desk Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, or similar administrative role (healthcare setting preferred). Strong working knowledge of insurance verification, pre-authorization processes, billing, and claims coordination. Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and standard office programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). Exceptional communication, customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills under pressure.
