As the face of our practice, you will set the tone for every patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role offers genuine variety across scheduling, patient flow, billing support, and records management, all within a collaborative and professional environment. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology; plastic surgery and med-spa terminology a plus Strong computer and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail Collaborative team player who treats patients and co-workers with respect Empathetic with patients’ needs and concerns Highly dependable and professional Flexibility to work across all locations based on business needs Preferred 3+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of medical terminology knowledge 3+ years of computer skills Electronic health record experience; Nextech EMR experience a plus
