• Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently exceed quarterly sales goals by upselling existing clients on additional coverage solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
• Optimize Policy Renewals: Efficiently process and renew 100% of assigned accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
• Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities: Proactively assess client portfolios to introduce additional life, health, or business insurance solutions resulting in a minimum 25% increase in policy uptake.
• Nurture Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, building trust and loyalty through responsive, insightful communication strategies.
