We are looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to lead our one-on-one client consultations. 

  Here is the best part: Zero cold calling. Our marketing team generates 100% of your leads. Your only job is to welcome warm, pre-booked prospects into our studio, build deep trust, perform their body assessments, and close them on the perfect 30Body program.

What You Will Do (The Day-to-Life)

As our Sales Consultant , your primary focus is converting curiosity into commitment. A typical week includes:

•        Conducting Consultations: Lead 1-on-1 consultations with empathy, actively listening to clients' health struggles and goals.
•        Performing Assessments: Guide clients through body measurements, baseline photos, and red-light technology demonstrations.
•        Closing Sales: Present personalized program recommendations and confidently handle objections to close high-ticket packages.
•        Client Onboarding: Set up new clients for success, ensuring they feel motivated, cared for, and excited to start.
•        Retention & Referrals: Build long-term relationships with active clients to drive program renewals, upgrades, and word-of-mouth referrals.
•        Studio Support: Maintain a premium, welcoming studio environment, including light operational duties (scheduling, basic equipment sanitization between sessions, and CRM management).

  What We Are Looking For

We hire for attitude, drive, and a track record of closing.
•        Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of face-to-face sales experience (e.g., gym memberships, weight loss clinics, med spas, high-ticket retail, or personal training).
•        The "Closer" Mentality: You are comfortable asking for the money, handling objections, and closing the sale on the first visit.
•        Empathy & Connection: You can connect deeply with people who are frustrated with their bodies, making them feel safe, heard, and supported.
•        Goal-Oriented: You thrive under a monthly sales quota and love seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard.
•        Professionalism: Excellent verbal communication, polished appearance, and a passion for health and wellness.
•        Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (our busiest consultation day).

  Your First 90 Days of Success

We don't throw you in the deep end. We set you up to win:
•        Days 1–30 (Learn & Shadow): Master the 30Body science, red light technology, and our consultation script. Shadow active consultations and learn our CRM system.
•        Days 31–60 (Ramp Up): Conduct consultations independently. Achieve a 40%+ closing rate on warm leads and build your pipeline.
•        Days 61–90+ (Full Quota): Maintain a consistent 50%+ closing rate, hit your monthly sales targets, and maximize your commission structure.
