Attorney

Compensation $80,000 - $150,000 Salary with eventual switch to commission supporting upwards of $200k-$300k without limit Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced attorney who will provide quality legal services to a large, diverse client base. The ideal candidate will work passionately alongside senior partners and staff to ensure successful client outcomes. Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action Work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100 personal injury cases Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Be able to appropriately communicate with clients Appear in court on behalf of clients Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Qualifications Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience Experience in the personal injury field is a plus Familiarity with Litify is a plus Must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina Trial experience a plus About Company We believe that our team members are the most important contributors to the success of our firm.
