As our Growth Marketing Manager,CTBids,your primary focus will be tocreate andmanagecampaigns todrivebidder growth, seller acquisition, auction participation, and revenueacross theCTBidsmarketplace.You’llstrategize and execute paid, earned, and owned campaigns, test and analyze performance, and build scalable programsthat accelerate marketplace growth. In this role,you’llwork closelywith the broader marketing team, franchise owners, and cross-functional stakeholders toachievesharedbusiness goals. The Growth Marketing Manager,CTBidswill report to theVice President of Marketing. The salary range for this position is$65,000–$75,000 annually.This is a full-time, in-office positionbasedin Cincinnati, Ohio. HowYou’llMake an Impact: Own growthmarketing function forCTBids;build, test, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention Develop and execute earned, owned, and paid marketing strategies that increase bidder registrations, repeat purchases, seller acquisition, and auction participation across theCTBidsmarketplace Analyzeperformancedataand translateinsightsinto actionablerecommendationsthatidentifygrowth constraints,new acquisition channels, andemerging advertising opportunities Continuously testmessaging, creative, landing pages, andloyalty program initiativesacrosssegmentedaudiences andmarketing channelsto improve engagement and conversion Create executive dashboards and performance reports that provide clear visibility into campaign results and key business metrics Support initiatives that increase both supply (auction inventory and sellers) and demand (bidders and buyers) Partner with Caring Transitions franchise ownersto develop localized marketing strategies that maximize auction participation and seller engagement Who You Are: You have3+ years ofprofessionalexperience developing andexecuting multi-channel marketing strategies; marketplace, auction, ecommerce, and/or franchise experience strongly preferred Comfortablemanaging full-cycle campaigns, includingplanning,executing,optimizing, testing, iterating, and reporting Proficient withGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4), email marketing platforms, and CRM systems for audience segmentation, automation, campaign analysis, and performance reporting Deeplyknowledgeable aboutsocial media platforms, you understandhow to shapemessagingforthe different algorithmsandaudiencesacross channels Experienceusing Canva to design andoptimizecreative assets preferred Analytical thinker who understands the fullmarketingfunnel; you delight in finding and fixing the things thataren’tworking Resourceful, flexible, and self-directed, you are comfortable working with limited budgets and finding ways to maximize performance Clear communicatorandflexiblepartnerwho enjoys workingwith a team to achieve mutual goals Curious and proactive, you stay on top of trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging channels, and suggest ideas for how we should adapt Why Caring Transitions: Work directly with pragmatic and collaborative executivesfrom Backstage.com, BCG, Cast & Crew, etc.who value innovation and initiative Access tocutting-edgetools and platformsacross every department Thrive in aflat structurewhere your voice is heard and respected Grow inany direction you choose— operations, product, development, or marketing.
