Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor Location: Mobile Health Department: MH Central Communication Req #: 0000232041 Status: Hourly Shift: Day Pay Range: $25.20 - $31.20 per hour Job Overview Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health. Essential Functions Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9‑1‑1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources. Qualifications 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree (if applicable) Basic Life Support (CPR) Basic Telecommunicator IAED Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800 ACPE‑SPO (if required) Certifications and Licenses Required Basic Life Support (CPR) Basic Telecommunicator
