As a Dining Services Coordinator, you lead the community's dining and hospitality operationsdelivering exceptional service, high-quality meals, and an outstanding resident experience. What you'll do: Oversee food preparation and service in alignment with Sunrise culinary programs. Ensure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioning. Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance. Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships. Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals. Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members. Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal. Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings. Support special events and community marketing initiatives. You serve as both a culinary leader and hospitality championensuring quality, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Pay Range: 64,376.00 - 80,600.00
