Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provide immediate, high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting. Deliver critical interventions and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient conditions to determine appropriate emergency interventions.
  
  
• 
  Administer treatments, medications, and procedures in accordance with medical protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately using the Electronic Medical Record system.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other staff to coordinate urgent care.
  
  
• 
  Respond quickly to emergency situations, including trauma and life-threatening conditions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Registered Nurse license and current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 3 years of experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Able to work 12-hour night shifts with no holiday time off required.
  
  
• 
  Maintain effective communication and teamwork abilities.
