This role is ideal for a clinician who values relationship-based care, dignity, and improving quality of life for residents through thoughtful, evidence-based mental health services. You will play a vital role in supporting residents’ emotional well‑being while collaborating closely with facility staff and interdisciplinary team members. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychosocial therapy Develop, implement, and update person‑centered treatment plans Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Advocate for residents and support emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs Qualifications Active LCSW or LISW license in the state of Ohio , in good standing Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Experience with individual and group counseling , diagnosis, and care planning Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care Experience in Long‑Term Care or medical settings preferred, but not required Why Join Us Mission-driven, supportive work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ quality of life Collaborative interdisciplinary team Why Stafford Services?
