Assistant Property Manager, Commercial

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, industrial/flex, and office assets.

The role will manage daily property operations, tenant relationships, financial performance, vendors, maintenance, and capital projects while working closely with leasing, accounting, construction, and facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across the assigned property portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets, expenses, A/R, and financial reporting.
• Review invoices, general ledger activity, CAM reconciliations, and monthly accruals.
• Coordinate rent collections and address delinquent accounts.
• Conduct property inspections and oversee repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Manage contractors, vendors, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
• Coordinate HVAC, landscaping, janitorial, security, parking, roofing, and life-safety services.
• Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, work orders, and lease-related matters.
• Provide regular operational and financial updates to management.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial property management experience required.
• Experience with retail, office, industrial, or flex properties preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, tenant relations, vendor management, and property operations.
• Experience overseeing maintenance, construction, and capital projects. xhyhwjd
