Assistant Controller

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization to hire an Assistant Controller. This is a high-impact role supporting a major ERP implementation, ongoing acquisitions, and broader transformation across accounting and finance.
The Assistant Controller will work closely with senior leadership to manage day-to-day accounting operations while leading revenue recognition across a complex environment, including percentage-of-completion and recurring revenue models. This role will also drive improvements in month-end close, support M&A integration, and strengthen quote-to-cash processes in partnership with operations teams.
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with 8+ years of experience, strong US GAAP and ASC 606 expertise, and prior ERP experience (NetSuite preferred). CPA is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can lead through change, and is passionate about building scalable, modern accounting processes.
