This role involves assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans aligned with professional standards. The position emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, patient-centered care, and adherence to licensure and practice guidelines within a healthcare facility. Job Details Position Description: Seasonal position starting in January, with a focus on inpatient physical therapy provided during day shifts. The caseload includes orthopedic and sports medicine patients, with opportunities to expand into post-operative and virtual care services. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent qualifying degree). Current Florida Physical Therapy license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. No experience required. Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: The role involves performing initial and re-evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing therapeutic treatments across diverse patient populations. Responsibilities also include documentation, clinical management, and contribution to team education and environment maintenance. Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed in Florida and able to pass an EPIC assessment on their first day.
