iOS Software Engineer, Monetization Client - Ads Core Technology, Demonstration Location: San Jose | Employment Type: Regular | Job Code: A01883 Responsibilities Work closely with our backend/frontend and product team to develop and ship new, innovative ad features on TikTok App. Collaborate with the design and product teams to create a world-class mobile experience. Optimize mobile applications on iOS platforms. Promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and deliver high-quality work in a rapid environment. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors/experience 1+ years of experience in native iOS development Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C Ability to understand and debug large and complex codebases Good team communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Passion and experience building ad products or consumer-facing products Demonstrated ability to optimize client-side performance and elevate user experience through technical innovation Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156,000 - $316,800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
