About the Opportunity A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its team in the North Metro area. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Service Associate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to products, orders, shipping status, returns, and account questions. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer 50-80 inbound customer calls daily.
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, shipping updates, order status, and returns.
* Communicate with customers through phone, email, and internal systems.
* Accurately document customer interactions within the company CRM system.
* Process customer inquiries, requests, and product returns.
* Research and resolve customer concerns regarding deductions, restocking fees, invoice discrepancies, policy adjustments, and return requirements.
* Explain return policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
* Partner with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
* Maintain accurate records and customer information.
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as:
* Customer Service Representative
* Call Center Representative
* Order Entry Specialist
* Dispatcher
* Operations Coordinator
* Customer Support Representative

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
* Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment.
* Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy when handling multiple requests.
* Strong computer skills and experience working within CRM or business software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* ERP system experience.
* Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
* Previous experience handling order processing, returns, or product-related customer inquiries.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
