About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for CFO Advisory. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading full-lifecycle client engagements in strategic finance, data analytics, accounting advisory, finance transformation, and interim financial leadership. This role involves partnering with executives, private equity sponsors, and lenders on critical financial initiatives, providing strategic and technical guidance on complex accounting standards, and leading clients through transformation and transaction scenarios. The Managing Director will also be involved in driving process improvement, ERP and technology implementations, and the development of analytics tools to enhance financial visibility and operational performance. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program, with at least 15 years' of progressive experience in financial consulting, strategic finance, audit, banking, or performance improvement, particularly with exposure to middle-market companies. The role requires expertise in creating and implementing analytical, data-driven solutions using modern tools and technologies, as well as experience in recommending, selecting, or deploying ERP and financial technology tools. Superior communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills, are essential. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in leading finance and accounting functions, finance transformations, and be adept at managing multiple concurrent workstreams and engagements.
