Responsible for managing community to a minimum of 94% occupancy rate.Monitors marketing process to ensure minimum standards are met on a weekly basis.Monitors marketing software in conjunction with the Community Relations Director and Director of Sales to ensure marketing activities result in budgeted occupancy goal.Monitors and reports competitor's activities to management.Maintains accountability for the overall functionality of the community.Interacts regularly with Residents and attends resident functions.Other duties as assigned.If you are someone with:Proficiency in computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, etc.21 Years of age with college degree (Preferred)Must have 3-5 years of management experience.This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching.
