Job Summary: The Carrier Solutions Representativeis responsible forprocuringand developingcarrierrelationships. Duties/Responsibilities: Sources, qualifies, and develops strategic carrier partners for current and future freight needs Buildsandmaintainsaccuratecarrier profiles within company systems, ensuring data integrity and usability Applies data-driven insights and compliance requirements to evaluate, select, andmaintaina high-performing carrier network Utilizes data, technology, and market insights to match carriers withoptimalfreight opportunities Develops long-term carrier relationships focused on performance, reliability, and mutual growth Identifiesand connects carrier candidates for specific freight opportunities Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, pricing, sales, and customer teams to support customer success Supports strategic initiatives to strengthen and scale DLX's carrier network Monitors carrier performance and market trends to proactively address capacity needs Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Must be focused, motivated, and organized Must be comfortable with communicating over the phone Flexible team playercapable of multitasking Working knowledge of technology Must be open-minded and eager to learn/grow skills Proficiencyin Excel Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required;bachelor's degree preferred Previousexperience inthe Transportation industry preferred Physical Requirements: Physical dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, and office equipment; ability to access file cabinets and items stored at various levels, including overhead Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in person, over the telephone, and in group settings Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours) Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, draw valid conclusions, and make sound decisions Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Able to lift up to 15lbs at times Dynamic Logistix is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dynamic Logistix LLC
