Irish Downs Inc is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Rocklin, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craftsmanship and expertise to a company that values quality work and dedicated tradespeople. If you take pride in your work and are ready to build something great, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for construction projects
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, framing, and cabinetry
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks, structures, and fixtures
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations
- Select and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for each task
- Proven experience in carpentry, framing, finish work, or a related trade
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
