Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele | Plymouth, MA | Travel assignment
Start date: 10/12/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | Shift: 12-hour Night (3x12 Nights) | Weekly pay: $2,521–$2,679 per week | Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly
Setting: hospital-level Med Surg Telemetry with float pool responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for adult medical-surgical telemetry patients with appropriate supervision
- Monitor telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to dysrhythmias in a timely manner
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; assess and document patient responses
- Float to like units and overflow areas as needed to support the care team
- Collaborate with the charge nurse and interprofessional team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain patient safety, advocate for patients and families, and adhere to clinical pathways and protocols

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg Telemetry experience
- Current AHABLS Certification; ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) required
- Ability to float to like units and overflow areas
- Telemetry competency exam required; onboarding tests (ECG/Tele/Medication) with one attempt to pass; passing score at 85%
- Orientation is biweekly; ability to participate and complete onboarding within required timelines
