We provide a wide range of community-based services, including mental health support, substance use treatment, crisis response, housing support, and workforce development. Partnering with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies, we strive to improve access to care and create lasting change. Position Summary As the Director of Licensing, Credentialing, Accreditation & Revenue Integrity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization operates efficiently and meets all regulatory and accreditation standards. This leadership position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of licensing, credentialing, and revenue management processes. If you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and are ready to lead with purpose, this is the opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Oversee the licensing and credentialing processes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Lead accreditation efforts to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence. Manage revenue integrity initiatives, ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Serve as a key liaison with regulatory bodies, accreditation organizations, and funding sources. Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in licensing, credentialing, accreditation, or revenue integrity roles. Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in the behavioral health field. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. The ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
