responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical support for Our Client's manufacturing operations, ensuring high equipment availability and minimal downtime during 2nd shift.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-controlled systems, test fixtures, and production equipment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance, systematically diagnosing root causes of equipment faults and process interruptions.
- Read electrical schematics and technical documentation, maintaining thorough repair records in accordance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to escalate complex issues and implement long-term reliability improvements.
