Engineer III - CCaaS / Conversational AI Engineer

We are seeking a CCaaS and Conversational AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize modern customer experience platforms and AI-powered contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable CCaaS and IVA solutions. Develop conversational IVR solutions using NLP, NLU, and AI technologies. Integrate speech‑to‑text and text‑to‑speech solutions. Develop cloud‑native customer service platforms on GCP. Implement omnichannel routing, dialer, and campaign management capabilities. Support migrations from legacy contact center platforms. Required Qualifications 4+ years of software development experience. Strong experience with Java, Python, APIs, and Microservices. Experience with CCaaS platforms and Conversational AI technologies. Hands‑on experience with Kafka, relational and NoSQL databases. Experience with GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Apigee, and BigQuery. Understanding of Terraform, IAM, encryption, OAuth, and cloud security. Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with IVR design and customer experience platforms.
