Maintenance Technician - McCalla, AL

Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections and execute repairs to support operational efficiency. Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, to promote a culture of ongoing excellence. Lead and participate in 5S audits to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Collaborate with team members to support annual operational plans and apply lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience. High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or PLCs is a plus. Strong understanding of lean principles with hands-on experience applying lean tools. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
