• Support planned, after-hours, weekend, or emergency repairs when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on pump and rotating equipment repair experience in a shop or field setting.
• Proven experience disassembling, inspecting, reconditioning, and assembling pumps.
• Experience with gearboxes, winches, marine windlasses, or similar machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, seals, fits, and clearances.
• Skilled with micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and other precision measuring tools.

• Valid driver’s license; TWIC card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and work in heat, confined spaces, and at heights.
• Marine or industrial repair experience is preferred. Heat exchanger and shaft alignment experience is a plus.

Work examples required: Applicants must be able to provide examples of their own repair work, such as photos with descriptions, inspection sheets, measurement records, job reports, or references who can confirm their experience.
