Job Description:

We are seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join our team, focusing on maintenance and inspections for Falcon and small corporate aircrafts such as Pilatus, Cessna, and others.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and inspections on a range of corporate/business jets.

• Manage administrative tasks, including maintenance tracking and coordination with outside maintenance providers.

• Ensure all work complies with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards.

• Collaborate with external providers and maintain flexibility for after-hours and weekend work.

• Troubleshoot effectively and work independently.

Essential Skills

• FAA A&P License.

• Experience with Dassault Falcon Jet or other Corporate Jet Experience.

• Knowledge of FAR 135 regulations.

• Proficiency in aircraft maintenance tracking systems such as CMP and CAMP.

• Experience in MS Word and Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate from an FAA-approved program.

• Maintenance experience on Cessna 500 series, PC-12, Falcon 2000s, and familiarity with other private jets.

Work Environment

You will work in a hangar at TPA with a potential shift of 4x10 from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. The work schedule is typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing an easy and flexible work-life balance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
