Position Summary:

In this role, you will assist multiple principals within the organization by handling various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include document preparation, phone management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and more. You'll be a key player in maintaining efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general secretarial support to several principals.
  • Prepare documents with precision using Microsoft Word.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars using MS Outlook.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
  • Sort, deliver, and process mail efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure cost-effective inventory levels.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences:
  • Experience in event management and catering coordination.
