Description:

• Assists with the Housing Specialists in facilitating clients with permanent housing and Case Managers with their assignments including intake. meetings, assist with conducting resident assessments and social services.
• Biopsychosocial assessments and other assessment tools for clients.
• Psychotherapy for clients in need of services and coordinate clinical treatment.
• Caseload ratio 1:27.
• Ensures readiness for audits by DHS, OTDA, and other Governmental agencies.
• Performs any other job-related duties as required by the Program Director.

Qualifications:

Education:

• LMSW.
• Relevant experience with disenfranchised populations.

Skills:

• Computer literacy; familiarity with CARES is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish desirable, not essential.
• Assessments of clients using tools such as the Biopsychosocial instrument.

Salary Range: $78K-$82.5K
