Country Fair is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service in our fast-paced convenience stores. In this role, you’ll greet customers, operate the cash register, process fuel and in-store transactions, and keep shelves and foodservice areas stocked and clean. You’ll follow safety and age-restricted sales policies while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. This position offers hands-on experience in store operations, teamwork, and foodservice, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles within our regional retail network.
