Warehouse Lead

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a well-established distribution and supply company seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support efficient product movement throughout the organization. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting a collaborative team environment focused on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring warehouse leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance operational oversight with customer-facing responsibilities. In addition to supervising a small team of drivers, this individual will assist customers at the sales counter, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory processes, and help drive efficient day-to-day warehouse operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
