Remote Behavioral Health Utilization Manager

SilkRoad

WellSense Health Plan is seeking a Behavioral Health Utilization Manager to oversee the appropriate delivery of mental health and substance use services. You will act as a clinical decision-maker, evaluating requests and ensuring timely, quality care with regulatory compliance.

The role involves collaboration with Medical Directors, coordination of care, and documentation of decisions. Requires licensure in MA/NH and 5–7 years in health insurance with behavioral health focus.
