Role Overview

We are seeking an Executive Communications Specialist to support senior leadership. This role involves developing written materials and managing key communication projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop written communications for senior executives, including CEOs and SVPs.
• Manage communication projects from conception to execution, including building new programs and scaling them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large events and projects.
• Plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and lead efforts across various disciplines.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in communications or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in communications is required, including internal and executive communications. Candidates must have experience writing for and working directly with senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video, graphics, or other multimedia.
