Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload involving family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters.
• Prepare, review, and oversee immigration petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and related filings.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, and filing requirements.
• Communicate with clients, explain legal processes, and provide case updates.
• Conduct legal research and help resolve case-specific issues.
• Collaborate with the team to keep cases organized and moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience.
• Active bar license in any U.S. state.
• Experience with family-based and/or employment-based immigration matters.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Willingness to collaborate and assist the team as needed.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
