Senior Associate-Real Estate Finance

Join a growing national consumer platform and help drive acquisitions, expansion, real estate investments, and portfolio strategy. This is a highly visible opportunity to work alongside senior leadership on significant real estate and capital allocation decisions that support the company's long-term growth. What You'll Do Build financial models for acquisitions, developments, lease transactions, and strategic investments. Analyze portfolio performance, real estate opportunities, and market trends. Support underwriting, due diligence, and investment committee materials. Partner with finance, real estate, legal, development, and operations teams on growth initiatives. Evaluate sale-leasebacks, portfolio optimization opportunities, and other strategic transactions. Ideal Background Candidates may come from Real Estate Private Equity, REITs, Real Estate Investment Banking, Asset Management, Commercial Real Estate Finance, Development, Acquisitions, Capital Markets, or Corporate Real Estate. The ideal candidate has experience underwriting transactions, evaluating investments, building financial models, and supporting strategic real estate decisions within an institutional environment. What We're Looking For 4+ years of real estate finance, acquisitions, investments, or capital markets experience. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skills. Experience analyzing commercial real estate transactions or portfolios. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Why Consider This Opportunity?
