About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inheriting and developing existing client relationships, as well as researching and identifying new client companies. A key aspect of the role is to become a subject matter expert in all facets of real estate, including investment, finance, development, asset management, leasing, and acquisitions. The role also involves sourcing and retaining business with new and existing client companies, managing the entire search and placement lifecycle, and ensuring successful account management. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' of recruitment or high-level business development experience, with a modern, data-first approach. While direct hire, executive-level placement work, and experience in the real estate industry are not mandatory, they are advantageous. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, sales, and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a passion for a career in search and placement, particularly within the real estate sector.
